  • Payment processing for program fees
  • Progress tracking and reporting

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Types

  • Parent/Guardian Accounts: For enrolling children in programs and managing family activities
  • Facilitator Accounts: For educators providing programs and services
  • Child Accounts: Limited accounts for enrolled children, managed by parents

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent/guardian or facilitator account. Child accounts are created and managed by parents/guardians.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications
  • Circumvent any security features of the Service

5. SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to the following:

By enabling SMS notifications, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Dynamic Discoveries at the phone number you provided. Consent is not required to purchase any goods or services.

5.2 Message Types

You may receive the following types of messages:

  • New message notifications from facilitators, program designers, or staff
  • Important program updates, schedule changes, or cancellations
  • Account security and verification messages

5.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on your platform activity and notification settings.

5.5 Costs

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages. Dynamic Discoveries is not responsible for any carrier fees.

5.7 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Programs and Registration

6.1 Program Information

Program descriptions, schedules, and fees are provided by facilitators. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete or up-to-date.

6.2 Registration and Payment

When you register for a program, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payment terms and refund policies are specified during registration and may vary by program.

6.3 Cancellations

Cancellation policies are set by individual facilitators and will be communicated during registration. Dynamic Discoveries is not responsible for refunds related to program cancellations.

7. Communication

Our platform includes messaging features to facilitate communication between users. You agree to:

  • Use messaging features appropriately and professionally
  • Not send spam, harassment, or inappropriate content
  • Respect the privacy of other users

We may monitor communications to ensure compliance with these Terms and to maintain a safe environment.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dynamic Discoveries and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
